KOLHAPURI MUTTON CURRY

Preparation Method :
- Marinate the mutton with the paste and spices for 10 minutes, set aside.
- Heat oil and fry the large chopped onion in a frying pan until light brown.
- Add mutton and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame. Set aside.
- Grind the fried onion, dry coconut, sesame seeds and garam masala in a mixer.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the finely chopped small onion and turmeric powder; fry until light brown.
- Add Kolhapuri chutney (or chilli powder).
- Add the ground paste to the pan.
- Mix well, and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add the semi-cooked mutton, mix it all and cook it for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with coriander.

- 3 teaspoons Grated dry coconut (roasted)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
- 2 teaspoons Kolhapuri chutney or chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 3 teaspoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
