- Wash kheema put it in a bowl. Add coriander leaves, maggi magic masala, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder mix it all and keep aside.
- Heat pressure cooker Pour oil in it and add onions and fry till turns brown and add ginger-garlic paste, salt.
- Add the mixture of kheema and water and cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
- Cook the macaroni for 5 to 10 minutes by adding water.
- Once kheema gravy gets ready add cooked macaroni and blend well.
- Dress up with coriander leaves and serve hot.

- 1 kg Macroni
- 500 grams Kheema
- 250 grams Tomato chopped
- Coriander Leaves (kotmir) chopped
- 4 pieces Cardamom
- 4 pieces Cinnamon
- 4 pieces Cloves
- 100 ml Tomato Puree
- 1 packet Maggi Magic Masala
- 3 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 5 to 6 medium sized Onions chopped
- 1 spoon Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 spoon Red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- Water
