Preparation Method :
- Combine the ginger, garlic and yogurt and rub the mixture into the chicken breasts.
- Marinate for overnight in the refrigerator.
- Mix the chilli powder, cumin and oil together.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken and grill or barbecue over charcoal until the chicken is done, turning regularly.
- Serve with a rice or Roti.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 teaspoons plain yogurt
- 4 chicken breasts or thighs
- 3 teaspoons chilli powder
- 3 teaspoons toasted cumin seeds, crushed
- 2 tablespoons IDHAYAM Sesame oil
