- Marinate the chicken with curd, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric, salt, lemon juice, food colour, and ginger garlic paste for 3 hours.
- Heat a pan with sesame oil.
- Cook the chicken till done.
- Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg boneless chicken
- 3 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 500 ml Curd
- 1 pinch Tandoori food colour
- 6 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 3 teaspoon Ginger /garlic paste
- IDHAYAM sesame oil for frying
