Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the onions till turns brown.
- In a blender, add the fried onions and the chopped tomato to a smooth paste and keep aside.
- Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, green chillies, pepper powder, soya sauce and tomato ketchup and the onion and tomato paste, salt. Mix well and keep in the fridge for about ½ an hour.
- Take out from the fridge.
- Heat another pan, add the marinated chicken with remaining masala and water.
- Cover and cook till the gravy thickens.
- Serve hot with roti or fried rice.

- 4 legs of chicken
- 6 onions chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 6 tablespoon pepper powder
- 4 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot and sweet tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
- 2 Green chillies cut finely
- 50 ml Water
- 3tablespoon Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
