Preparation Method :
- Wash the chicken.
- Marinate chicken with salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder for one hour.
- Heat the oil in a heavy bottom pan and add the marinated chicken to it. Cook it for 15 minutes.
- Now remove the chicken from the oil and keep aside.
- Add tomato paste and fresh cream to the oil and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Now add the chicken, carom seed powder and kasoori methi. Cook till the oil separates and the chicken is tender.
- Garnish with cream and fenugreek leaves and serve with naan or paratha.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Boneless Chicken (cut into chunks)
- 100 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 100 grams Fresh cream
- 3 teaspoons carom seeds (ajwain) powdered
- 2 teaspoons Dry Fenugreek leaves ( Kasoori methi)
- 5 teaspoons Coriander powder (dhaniya)
- 3 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
- 1½ teaspoons Garam masala powder
- 6 Tomatoes (Ground to a paste)

its a fantastic receipe and easy to cook. but i want to know, you have written use 100 grams fresh cream. will you plz tell me which kind of cream is this. so i can also
