Preparation Method :
- Marinate the chicken with the all ingredients for about 45 minutes and then coat with rice flour. Make sure it is well coated.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until brown.
- Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and all the sauces and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add fried chicken and saute it for about 1 minute.
- Serve hot with mint and coriander sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams boneless chicken cut into small pieces
- 50 grams rice flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- IDHAYAM Sesame oil
Marinade
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 inch piece of ginger grated
- 4 cloves of garlic crushed
- 2 green chilly pasted
- 1/3 red onion pasted
- Whole spices
- 5 curry leaf
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
The sauces
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chilly sauce
- ½ tablespoon soya sauce
