KURKURE CHICKEN

Preparation Time :
35 minutes

Cooking Time :
25 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the chicken with the all ingredients for about 45 minutes and then coat with rice flour. Make sure it is well coated.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until brown.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and all the sauces and cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Add fried chicken and saute it for about 1 minute.
  • Serve hot with mint and coriander sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams boneless chicken cut into small pieces
  • 50 grams rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • IDHAYAM Sesame oil

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 inch piece of ginger grated
  • 4 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 2 green chilly pasted
  • 1/3 red onion pasted
  • Whole spices
  • 5 curry leaf
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

The sauces

  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chilly sauce
  • ½ tablespoon soya sauce
