Preparation Method :
- Marinate chicken with onion Paste, garlic Paste, coriander Paste, green chili Paste, tamarind (imali) pulp or curd (dahi), turmeric powder, salt & sugar at least for an hour.
- Now, heat a non-stick pan. Add oil in it.
- Add the marinated chicken, small onion and garlic. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
- Then cover and simmer until the chicken is almost cooked.
- Sprinkle fresh coriander on cooked chicken. Keep the pan covered for about 5 minutes before serving.

- 500 grams Chicken
- 5-6 piece Small Onion
- 2 tablespoon Onion paste
- 10-12 clove Garlic
- 4 tablespoon Garlic Paste
- 200 grams Coriander leaves Paste
- Green Chili Paste to taste
- 45 grams Tamarind Pulp / Curd
- 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Sugar
