Preparation Method :
- Heat a pan, pour oil, Fry the chicken Pieces and keep aside.
- Mix the Light and Dark soya Sauce, Salt, Chicken Broth and Pepper to make a sauce.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, add sauce.
- When the sauce comes to boil, add the cornstarch paste slowly and stir well.
- Add the chicken, cashew nuts and celery. Keep stirring until the gravy thickens.
- Add salt and pour little sesame oil top of it.
- Remove from the flame and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams chicken breast, diced into 3/4 inch pieces
- 100 grams cashew nuts
- 1 bowl diced celery
- 400 ml Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoon cold water
- Salt to taste
For the Sauce:
- 1 teaspoon light soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soya sauce
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 50 grams chicken broth
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
