Preparation Method :
- Cut the onion length wise and deep fry the same until it turns crispy brown.
- In another pan, take oil and deep fry the chicken till it becomes tender.
- Heat a heavy bottomed vessel, add bay leaves, Laung and cinnamon and when the flavour pops up, add the curd, turmeric powder and chicken, bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add onions and meat masala to the above and keep stirring it.
- Once the chicken is cooked, garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve it with Tandoori Roti.

- 1 kg Onion
- 1 kg Chicken
- 2 inch length cinnamon
- 3 Laung
- 3 bay leaves
- 200 ml Curd
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon Meat Masala
