CHICKEN PEPPER FRY

Serves :
3

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Wash the chicken and Cut into medium sized pieces.
  • Take a pressure cooker, pour peanut oil and heat it.
  • AddOnion, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Tomato, Green chilli, Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Chicken masala powder and Salt and sauté it.
  • Add chicken pieces into a pressure cooker along with ¼ cup water and cook until 3 whistle and then turn off the gas.
  • Wait for some time to allow the pressure cooker open.
  • Transfer the cooked chicken to the kadai and sauté it in low flame till the chicken become dry. Add pepper power and ghee and cook for 1 minute.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Chicken
  • 1 medium size Onion   
  • 3/4 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 3/4 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 1 Tomato           
  • 2 nos Green chilli
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • ½ tablespoon Chicken masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 3 tablespoon IDHAYAM Mantra peanut oil
