SPICY PRAWN CURRY

Preparation Method :
- Heat oil. Add chilli paste or powder and haldi.
- Add ¾ cup coconut milk. Boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and sugar. Add the rest of the coconut milk. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Add prawns and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes till prawns are cooked and the gravy becomes thick.
- Finally stir in lemon juice and Garnish with chopped chillies and coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams prawns - shelled with tails intact
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- 350 grams coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 2 tomatoes - each cut into 8 pieces
- 2 tablespoon, Lemon Juice
Garnish
- 2 green or red chillies - chopped
- Some green coriander leaves
