Preparation Method :
- Put the onions, tomato puree, ground coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, green chillies, and fresh coriander, lemon juice and salt into the bowl of a food processor.
- Process until the mixture seems too thick, add a little water to loosen it.
- Heat the oil in a wok or deep pan. Lower the heat slightly and add the spice mixture. Fry the mixture for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Add the prawns and stir-fry briefly over a medium heat.
- As soon as the prawns are heated through, transfer them to a serving dish .
- Garnish with the rest of the fresh coriander and the chopped green chilli , Serve immediately.

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 fresh green chillies
- 3 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 50 ml Cooking oil
- 14-16 cooked king prawns (jumbo shrimp)
- Sliced green chilies, to garnish, optional
