Preparation Method :
- Clean and marinate the mutton pieces in curd for 10 minutes.
- Grind the coconut, poppy seeds, badam, cashews and keep aside.
- In a pressure cooker, pour oil, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and ginger garlic paste.
- Then gradually add onions, curry leaves, green chillies and saute it well.
- Add the marinated mutton pieces, salt, coriander and pudina leaves, then pressure cook for about 2 whistles.
- Once the pressure got released, open the lid of the cooker mix the grinded paste, and then keep it for 1-2 whistles.
- Serve with white rice.

- 5 tablespoon coconut
- 2 ½ tablespoon poppy seeds
- 4-5 badam
- 2-3 cashews
- ½ kg mutton
- 100 ml curd
- 25 gm ginger garlic paste
- 8-10 small onions
- 12-14 large green chillies
- 8 curry leaves
- 2-3 cardamom
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon
- ¼ bunch coriander leaves
- ¼ bunch pudina leaves
- 50 ml coconut oil
- 25 ml Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
