Preparation Method :
- Marinate the meat with salt, pepper powder and juice of 1 lime. Then keep it aside for about an hour.
- Take a pressure cooker, heat it and pour 1 tablespoon Idhayam sesame oil.
- Put cloves, cardamom, and tejpatta into it and add the marinated meat pieces to it with a little water.
- Cook the meat for 2 whistles by closing the lid.
- Heat a separate pan and put the remaining 1 tablespoon Idhayam sesame oil.
- Add jeera, chopped onion, finely cut garlic, ginger and chopped tomato into it. Sauté it well.
- Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder to it and keep it aside.
- Heat another pan, put gram powder and red chilli powder to it.
- Add salt and milk to it and stir it well for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked meat and the sauteed mixture to it.
- Mix well and Garnish it with the finely chopped coriander leaves.

- 8 Garlic
- A small piece Ginger
- 2 small Tomato
- 1 Lime
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Gram Powder
- Salt to taste
- 400 ml Milk
- 50 grams Coriander Leaves
