Preparation Method :
- Mix together the minced lamb, onions, garlic, chillies, coriander and spices.
- Form into balls. Heat the oil in a Balti pan, wok or large frying pan over a medium to high heat.
- Add the meatballs and cook, turning frequently, until well browned. Add the Balti spice mix, Balti sauce and ginger, and mix together gently.
- Reduce the heat and simmer on a medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve.

- 500 grams minced lamb
- 4 medium onions, chopped as finely as possible
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 100 ml sesame oil
- 4 teaspoon Balti spice mix
- 500 ml Balti sauce
- 1 inch fresh root ginger, grated
