PrintCURRIED LAMB
This is a basic, easy-to-prepare curry that can be dressed up with a wide assortment of accompaniments.

Preparation Method :
- Brown the lamb in the oil. Add the onion and saute until soft.
- Add the curry powder and heat, stirring constantly.
- Add the stock and simmer until the meat is very tender, about 1 hour.
- Remove the lamb, reserving the liquid.
- Slowly pour in the flour mixture, bring to the boil and stir until the sauce has thickened.
- Replace the lamb, add salt and pepper to taste, and simmer over a low heat until heated through.
- Serve hot with Rice or Roti with Raita.

- 500 grams boneless lamb, diced
- 4 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 3 onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 500 ml lamb stock
- 2 tablespoon flour mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- Salt and pepper to taste
