BALTI TANDOORI

Preparation Time :
40 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a Balti pan, wok or large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 10 minutes until the onion is soft and tinged brown.
  • Add the green pepper and lamb and stir fry for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the Balti sauce and simmer for 10 minutes, adding a little water if the mixture starts to become dry.
  • Add the garam masala and coriander and cook for a further 5-10 minutes. Serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams tandoori lamb
  • 50 ml sesame oil
  • 4 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped
  • 500 ml Balti sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Balti garam masala
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
