Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a Balti pan, wok or large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 10 minutes until the onion is soft and tinged brown.
- Add the green pepper and lamb and stir fry for about 10 minutes.
- Add the Balti sauce and simmer for 10 minutes, adding a little water if the mixture starts to become dry.
- Add the garam masala and coriander and cook for a further 5-10 minutes. Serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams tandoori lamb
- 50 ml sesame oil
- 4 large onions, thinly sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 500 ml Balti sauce
- 2 tablespoon Balti garam masala
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
