Preparation Method :
- Mix together the marinade ingredients and coat the fish fillets well. Leave to marinate for an hour.
- Place under a preheated grill for 10 minutes, turn once and baste with oil.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown.
- Add all the spices including the lemon juice, fresh coriander and tomato puree.
- Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes over a low heat, then add 250 ml water and cook until the water is absorbed.
- Add the remaining water and cook for a minute. Add the cream, stir continuously, then drop the fish pieces in and cook for a further 5 minutes over a low heat.
- Gently transfer to a serving dish, not to break the fish pieces .

- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon diced and crushed ginger root
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 500 ml water
- 75 grams single cream
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- ½ teaspoon salt
