EGG KORMA

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil the eggs. Remove the shell and make slits on the sides of the eggs. Keep aside.
  • Scrape the coconut and take milk.
  • Grind coriander powder, jeera powder and onions.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed kadai or vessel with oil. Put in the ground masala and fry well till the raw smell goes.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well and Fry 3 more minutes.
  • Put in the boiled eggs.
  • After 3 minutes, pour the coconut milk.
  • At the boiling point, remove from flame and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 eggs
  • ½ coconut
  • 8 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 4 teaspoons jeera powder
  • 15 small onions
  • 2 teaspoons chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • 6 tablespoons of IDHAYAM sesame oil
