Preparation Method :
- Put oil in a pan and temper it with cumin, curry leaves.
- Add chopped onion and saute, until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and add all the powdered ingredients.
- Add chicken. Saute along with the masala. Cook well for a few minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Then add cashew nut paste and cook the gravy.
- Simmer for 20 minutes and finally add coriander leaves.

- 1 kg Boneless chicken
- 100 ml IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
- 3 Onions, chopped
- 4 Tomato, chopped
- 5 Green chilli, chopped
- 20 grams Whole garam masala
- 75 grams Cashew nut paste
- 50 grams Curry powder
- 10 grams Red chilli powder
- 5 grams Coriander powder
- 10 grams Turmeric powder
- 60 grams Ginger-garlic paste
- 10 grams Garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
