PATHRI

Preparation Method :

  • Dry roast the rice flour, cumin powder, and red chilli powder for 4-5 minutes. Add salt and a little water and knead into a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into 3 cm balls, then roll each out into thin rounds.
  • Place the rounds flat on a frying pan. Add 1 teaspoon ghee and cook till the bread is slightly brown on both sides.
  • Smear with ghee again and serve with any curry.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Rice flour 
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin powder 
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
