BAKAR KHANI

Preparation Method :

  • Knead all the ingredients thoroughly to a smooth dough.
  • Divide the dough equally into 8-10 portions and shape each into balls. Roll out each ball into a disc.
  • Cook in a tandoor until brown on all sides.
  • Remove from the tandoor, smear butter and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams semolina
  • 100 grams butter
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon ghee
  • 350 grams refined flour
  • 1 tablespoon green cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water as required
