ALOO WALI TANDOORI ROTI

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all ingredients of the filling in a bowl and keep it aside.
  • Mix atta, oil, salt & red chilli pd. Knead with enough water to a soft dough for about 20 minutes.
  • Make equal size balls of dough and roll it into thick disc.
  • Spread a thin layer of the filling all over the chapati.
  • Cut a slit from one end of the chapati till the centre.
  • Start rolling from the slit to form a cone.
  • Gently press and roll out the cone with a rolling pin.
  • Heat the griddle and put the Roti on it and cook for a minute .Apply oil on both the sides and flip it over the other side.
  • Remove from tawa and place it on the serving platter. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams atta
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

Filling

  • 3 potatoes - boiled and mashed
  • 1 onion - finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli - finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon amchur  
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
