Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients with the refined flour and little oil into a smooth dough. Brush with oil and keep aside for about 2-3 hours.
- Knead again briefly and divide the dough into 15 equal portions; shape each into balls. Compress each into a small patty.
- Dip one end of the patty in oil and roll out into a disc.
- Heat the oil in a wok; fry one round at a time until it puffs up and is golden brown on both sides. Remove and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams refined flour, sieved
- A pinch turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- A pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
- 150 ml warm water
- Salt, to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
