Preparation Method :
- Knead the flour with salt, oil and water and make it soft dough. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Then make 10 equal portions of dough and roll them into Luchi (thin disc).
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat oil and gently deep fry until it is puffed and turn golden.
- Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Serve hot with curry.

- 350 grams all-purpose (refined) flour
- 2 tablespoons IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut oil
- Salt to taste
