Preparation Method :
- Make a stiff dough with flour, ghee, salt and water. Keep aside to rest for an hour.
- Shape the dough into small golf balls. Roll out the balls into flat discs.
- Heat the ghee for frying; deep-fry the discs till golden brown in colour. Serve hot.

- 750 grams refined flour
- 100 ml water
- 3 tablespoon ghee
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Ghee for frying
