Preparation Method :
- Knead the flour with just enough water to make a stiff dough.
- Smear a little ghee on the dough and keep aside for about 20-30 minutes.
- Make small balls of the dough and roll them into thin discs.
- Heat the ghee and fry the rounds, make sure not brown. Fold them in half and put aside, covered, so that they do not get crisp. Serve hot.

- Ghee for frying
