Preparation Method :
- Add all the Ingredients of the filling in a bowl ans keep it aside.
- Add all the ingredients to the atta and mix well.
- Add oil, knead the flour into a soft dough using warm water and keep it aside for about 20 minutes.
- Divide dough into small balls and roll out the balls into small rounds.
- Heat oil, drop the rolled pooris gently into it.
- Press the sides of the pooris with a frying spoon and turn. Fry till golden brown on both the sides. Drain on brown paper.

- 120 grams gram flour
- 300 grams atta
- 15 ml ghee
- 1 teaspoon salt
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil for frying
