Preparation Method :
- Blend cashew nut paste, sugar, milk and baking powder, knead with flour and salt mixture to a spongy dough.
- Divide the dough into 8-10 portions and place them on a floured surface. Roll each portion out into a disc.
- Apply spoonful of melted ghee evenly over it and dust with flour. Make a radial cut with a knife and starting with one end of the cut, roll the disc firmly into a conical shape.
- Hold each one between thumb and forefinger and make spiral movements to compress the rest of the cone to make a ball, Dust with flour and roll again.
- Place the disc on a pre-heated inverted griddle, apply ghee and press the dill with a dry cloth from all sides until light brown.
- Apply ghee and remove. Repeat with the other discs. Serve hot.

- 500 grams refined flour
- 200 ml milk
- 50 grams cashew nut paste
- 150 grams ghee
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt to taste
