Preparation Method :
- Add all the ingredients to the atta and mix well.
- Add oil, knead the flour into a soft dough using warm water and keep it aside for about 20 minutes.
- Make equal size balls of dough and roll it into disc.
- Heat the griddle and put the paratha (parotta) on it and cook for a minute. Apply oil on both the sides and flip it over the other side.
- Remove from griddle and place it on the serving platter. Serve hot with curd or pickle.

- 2 cups atta
- 75 grams freshly chopped mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon carom seeds
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
