Preparation Method :
- Sift the wholewheat flour and salt in a bowl, knead with 2 tablespoon of oil and add the water gradually to a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 10-12 equal portions and shape each into balls. Dust each with flour, cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for about 10-12 minutes.
- Flatten each ball and roll out. Brush with ghee and fold over. Brush the folded surface with oil and fold over again to form a triangle. Roll out the triangle with a rolling pin.
- Heat a griddle and brush the surface with oil. Place the paratha on the griddle and fry for few minutes.
- Coat with little oil, turn over and fry the other side till both sides turn crisp and delicately browned.
- Remove and serve immediately.

- 200 ml IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil
- 750 grams wholewheat flour
- 200 ml water
- Salt to taste
