Preparation Method :
- Soak the rajma overnight and pressure cook. Grind it to form a coarse paste, keep aside.
- Pour 2 teaspoon oil in a pan, throw in the onions, garlic and tomatoes, and saute till done.
- Add the rajma paste, chopped jalapenos, grated cheese, spices and salt, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Make smooth dough with the whole wheat flour and divide into 2 balls.
- Roll out one ball into a chapathi, place the stuffing in the centre and fold the chapathi on all four sides to form a square.
- Shallow fry the chapathi with the folded side down, till crisp and done. Turn it over and fry till the other side is done.
- Repeat with the other ball.

- 50 grams whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 pods garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon jalapenos, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons rajma
- 1 teaspoon grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- Salt to taste
