METHI PARATHA
Preparation Method :
- Add all the ingredients to the atta and mix well.
- Add oil, knead the flour into a soft dough using warm water and keep it aside for about 20 minutes.
- Make equal size balls of dough and roll it into disc.
- Heat the griddle and put the paratha (parotta) on it and cook for a minute. Apply oil on both the sides and flip it over the other side.
- Remove from tawa and place it on the serving platter. Serve hot with curd or pickle.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams atta
- 100 grams fenugreek leaves - chopped finely
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon red chill powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon carom seeds
