Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil and fry the curry leaves until they turn a shade darker. Add the cauliflower florets and all the ingredients fry until golden brown and tender.
- Use a masher to mash the cauliflower down, remove from the heat and place on kitchen paper to drain any excess oil.
- Use the paratha dough, roll out two at a time. Spread about 1 tablespoon of cauliflower over one and place the other over the top.
- Fry in exactly the same way as for parathas and serve warm with apple chutney or kachoomer.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
- 3 tablespoons Cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- 4 curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 120 grams cauliflower, cut into tiny florets
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- ½ teaspoon diced and crushed ginger root
- 1 quantity paratha dough
