CAULIFLOWER STUFFED PARATHA

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil and fry the curry leaves until they turn a shade darker. Add the cauliflower florets and all the ingredients fry until golden brown and tender.
  • Use a masher to mash the cauliflower down, remove from the heat and place on kitchen paper to drain any excess oil.
  • Use the paratha dough, roll out two at a time. Spread about 1 tablespoon of cauliflower over one and place the other over the top.
  • Fry in exactly the same way as for parathas and serve warm with apple chutney or kachoomer.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ teaspoon crushed garlic 
  • 3 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon chilli powder
  • 4 curry leaves 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 120 grams cauliflower, cut into tiny florets
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon diced and crushed ginger root
  • 1 quantity paratha dough
