Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients with water to a soft dough. Knead for about 10 -15 minutes.
- Make equal size balls of dough and roll it into disc.
- Dab with a little ghee and make a half way cut from the end to the centre. Roll, starting from the slit, to form a cone.
- Press the cone,roll into dry wheat flour and roll out into a thin round paratha.
- Cook both sides of the paratha (parotta) on a griddle with ghee.
- Fry till golden brown on both sides.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams atta
- 200 grams gram flour
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- 3 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon coarsely powdered coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon chopped green chilies
- 2 teaspoon pomegranate seeds
