Preparation Method :
- Mix the flour with baking soda, baking powder, salt, water and milk mixture to a smooth dough. Cover with a moist cloth and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Add oil and knead again. Cover the dough and keep aside for about 2-2½ hours or until it rises. Divide the dough into 6-8 balls.
- Flatten balls and sprinkle onion and melon seeds. Cover and keep aside for few minutes.
- Roll and flatten each ball using your palms, then stretch one side of the dough to give an elongated shape.
- Stick the naan inside a hot tandoor using oven gloves for about 3-4 minutes. Apply butter and serve.

- 250 grams Refined flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- Salt to taste

- 2 tablespoon White butter
- 2 tablespoon Yogurt
- 50 ml Milk
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon Onion seeds
- 1 teaspoon Melon seeds
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Ghee for greasing the baking tray
