- Preheat the oven to High. Place a baking sheet on the uppermost shelf to heat through.
- Mix all the dry ingredients. Make a well in the middle and add the wet ingredients with half a cup of water. Knead until smooth dough.
- Roll out into naan breads. Pat off any excess flour and place the breads on the hot baking sheet
- Cook for 5 minutes or until brown spots form on the upper surface.
- Brush with the melted butter to soften and brighten the surface and serve hot.
