BAKED BEANS COLESLAW KULCHA

Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a cooking pan and add green chilli and garlic. Sauté it.
- Add chopped spring onion. Sauté it till it becomes light brown.
- Add tomato puree. Sauté it.
- Add salt, Mexican hubs, sugar and ketchup.Mix it well.
- Then add baked beans. Cook , till it becomes saucy.
- Coleslaw salad:
- Mix cabbage, carrot, capsicum in a bowl. Add salad cream, salt, mustard sauce, ketchup, and mix well.
- Take one kulcha and cut into two equal parts.
- Then cut each part like a pocket for filling.
- Into the pocket , first pour the coleslaw salad,then the baked beand and again the salad.
- Melt butter in a pan and place the kulcha over it carefully, so that the filling does not spill out.
- Toast it until the kulcha becomes crispy.
- Serve it with coleslaw salad and baked beans with mocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 chilli coriander kulcha
- ½ Baked beans tin
- ½ teaspoon garlic,finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon green chilli,chopped
- 3 teaspoon spring onion,chopped
- 3 teaspoon blanched tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon Mexican hubs (Mexican seasoning)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3-4 teaspoon ketchup
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon Butter
For coleslaw:
- 3 teaspoon cabbage, shredded
- 3 teaspoon carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoon capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salad cream or mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon mustard sauce
