RASAM PODI (RASAM POWDER)

450 Grams

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Dry roast all the ingredients separately except the turmeric powder.
  • Grind all the ingredients together to a fine powder, adding the turmeric powder.
  • Store in an airtight container.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams coriander seeds
  • 120 grams red gram dal
  • 40 grams Bengal gram dal
  • ½ tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 75 grams dry red chillies
  • 60 grams black peppercorns
  • A small bunch of curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
