PITLAI PODI

Makes :
2 Large Jars

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In 2 teaspoon of oil, roast the asafoetida well.
  • In a teaspoon of oil, roast the dhania, red chillies, chana dal and the urad dal evenly.
  • In a teaspoon of oil, roast the grated coconut to a golden brown color.
  • Put all the ingredients into the blender. Roughly grind and store in a container and refrigerate.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg of Dhania 
  • 600 grams of Chana dal 
  • 400 grams of Urad dal 
  • 400 grams of Red chillies 
  • Asafoetida 10 marble-sized pieces 
  • 800 grams of, grated Coconut
