MYSORE RASAM POWDER

Makes :
225 Grams

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Dry roast the seeds separately with curry leaves till they give out their aroma. Set aside.
  • Fry the red chillies in the oil.
  • Grind all the ingredients to a fine powder adding the turmeric powder.
  • Store in an airtight container.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams coriander seeds
  • 150 grams dry red chillies
  • 40 grams black peppercorns
  • 40 grams  cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric powder  
  • A bunch of curry leaves
