IDLY CHILLY POWDER

Makes :
500 Grams

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Break the asafoetida into small pieces and roast separately and well.
  • Roast the rest of the ingredients, except the salt, together. Turn them to a golden color.
  • Place in a blender and roughly grind. Store in a bottle.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams of Chana dal 
  • 200 grams of Urad dal 
  • Dhania 4 tablespoons
  • 200 grams of Red chillies 
  • Asafoetida 8 marble-sized pieces
  • Salt to taste
