HARISSA

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a food processor, combine chillies, garlic, salt and olive oil.
  • Blend all the spices into a smooth paste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin seeds 
  • 1 teaspoon Ground caraway seeds 
  • 4 Garlic cloves minced
  • 12 Dry red chillies, Soaked, Drained, stems and seeds discarded. 
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander seeds 
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil 
  • Salt to taste
