DOSAI MILAGAI PODI (DOSAI CHILLI POWDER)

150 Grams

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Fry the red chillies in the oil.
  • Dry roast the black gram dal, Bengal gram dal, asafetida powder and sesame seeds.
  • Mix all the ingredients and powder coarsely. Stir in the salt.

INGREDIENTS

  • 120 grams dry red chillies
  • 40 grams sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon powdered jaggery
  • 75 grams Bengal gram dal
  • 1 teaspoon asafoetida powder
  • 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • 75 grams black gram dal  
  • A marble-sized tamarind ball
  • Salt to taste
