VENDEKKA ULATHIYATHU

Preparation Method :

  • Toss all ingredients except oil and curry leaves.
  • Heat the oil and ghee; add the above, fry over medium flame, stirring constantly to avoid scorching the onions. Midway through, add the curry leaves. When soft enough remove.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 25 Tender Okra, sliced
  • 4 Onions, chopped
  • 10 Green chillies
  • 1 " Ginger, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns, crushed
  • 5 Cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
