PLANTAIN MEZHUKKU PURATTIATHU

15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Par boil the plantain pieces with a little salt water.
  • Fry mustard in hot oil and sauté the onion slices.
  • Add turmeric with crushed chili, pepper and garlic.
  • When fried, add plantain and saute well. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 dessert spoon onion slices cut lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 400 grams raw plantain pieces, Pare the outer skin. Cut it into small squares. Washed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon crushed dry chili
  • 9 pepper-corns crushed
  • 6 garlic flakes crushed
  • Salt to taste
