MIXED VEGETABLE (KOOTTUPPERI)

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the vegetables into different shapes of slices. Washed and drained to give colour and crispness to the chips.
  • Fry the slices in batches in hot oil, until crisp. Lift and drain.
  • Mix chili, pepper and asafetida powder with the crispy fried slices. Add enough salt to taste.
  • Store it in air-tight container when it is cool.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 small bananas banana slices, pared
  • 150 grams potato slices
  • 1 pound tapioca slices
  • 150 grams yam slices
  • Pinch of Asafetida
  • Dry chili 
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
