MANGO AND GRATED COCONUT VATTICHATHUS

15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Rub all the ingredients together in a pan.
  • Sprinkle little water and cook slowly over low flame till-all the water is absorbed. Serve cold.

INGREDIENTS

  • 120 grams grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon green chilli sliced round
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger long slices
  • 400 grams mango slices, Pared
  • A few curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
