SPINACH PACHADI (CHEERA)

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil and fry mustard. Saute onion and green chilli first and then add the spinach.
  • Saute for few minutes and remove from heat.
  • Allow it to cool for a while, mix in the curd and salt to taste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams finely shredded spinach, steam cooked 
  • 400 grams of curd
  • Salt to taste

Seasoning

  • 25 grams onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon green chilli sliced round
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
